To ensure your withdrawal request is processed swiftly, please follow the steps
below after registering your withdrawal on our platform:
- Complete and sign a 'Withdrawal Instructions' form. Please provide us with your Bank information that was provided
on the original Compliance Form.
- Send us your completed 'Withdrawal Instructions' form either via fax on +357
22 766 333 OR scan the original and email us at backoffice@fxgm.eu.
If initial deposit was via credit card:
- Complete and sign a 'Credit Card Declaration' form.
- 4. Send us your completed 'Credit Card Declaration' form and 'Withdrawal Instructions' form either via fax on +357 22 766 333 OR scan the originals and
email us at backoffice@fxgm.eu.
Please note that withdrawals are credited back to you via the initial method of
deposit, for example, if your initial deposit was via credit card then the withdrawal
is credited to you via the same method with surplus funds (if applicable) credited
to your nominated Bank account.
Example:
- Initial deposit $1000 via credit card
- Withdrawal $1500
Therefore $1000 will be credited to the same credit card and $500 credited to your
nominated Bank account.
Note: All withdrawals are processed as fast as possible. We cannot be held
responsible for delays caused by incomplete documentation or your Bank’s internal
procedures. Bank fees incurred as a result of Bank transfers are payable by the
client.
